Delivery Information

Orders that are delivered in Greece are free of delivery charge if their total amount is over 50 euros. For orders equal or less than 50 euros the shipping cost is 4 euros. The courier company we collaborate with is Geniki Taxidromiki, which possesses the broadest distribution network in Greece and has become well-known for its absolute reliability. In the rare occasion that your area is not covered by the Geniki Taxidromiki's network, autokolitakia.gr will send your order by any alternative means with no additional charge besides the aforementioned.

Every order is sent by our company the next working day (Monday to Friday) after the day you place your order. Orders in Attica, or other major cities, are delivered within 1-2 working days by Geniki Taxidromiki. As for the rest of Greece, orders are delivered within 2-3 working days by Geniki Taxidromiki. The delivery time cannot be precisely estimated and it varies from 10.00 to 19.00. 

If you wish to set a specific delivery time, you will be asked to pay an additional fee determined by Geniki Taxidromiki.

It should be noted that there are no deliveries made during weekends and public holidays. In case you wish to receive your order during a weekend, you will be asked to pay an additional fee determined by the courier company.

You can easily view at any time the “Status” of your order by entering the link “MY ACCOUNT”. If your order has been delivered to Geniki Taxidromiki, you may be informed of the exact location of your package by using the shipping number, which is displayed in the page “MY ACCOUNT”.

In case of return of a product which was delivered from the store, the return will be shipped only throught Geniki Taxidromiki Courier and the shipping cost of 4 euro which the customer has to afford.
