Return of Defective Products or Wrong Order

In the cases where products of poor and defective quality were sold due to the proven fault of autokolitakia.gr or due to a mistake in receiving the order, invoicing, shipping, damaged during transport, with poor packaging, etc. then autokolitakia.gr assumes full responsibility for the replacement, the return cost (then it will deposit the corresponding amount of expenses in a bank account indicated to it), as well as the reshipment costs.


If the packaging of your product is damaged, do not collect the product from the employee of the courier company and contact us by phone at 210 300 7675 or 231 111 1651 or by e-mail at info@autokolitakia.gr. We, in turn, will contact the cooperating courier company to replace the product.


In the event of a defective product, in order to determine if it is defective, and for your faster service, you should send us by email to info@autokolitakia.gr photos of the product so that it can be checked by the relevant department of the company. If you send the product to us without complying with the above procedure, you are fully responsible for all the costs of transporting the product and any that arise, as well as our company reserves the right to refuse to receive it.
